Occupational Therapy Part-Time Hybrid Program Admission Requirements
Accepting applications for January 2027. !
Admissions Requirements:
A completed online application -
Official transcript reflecting conferral of a baccalaureate degree from a regionally-accredited institution with a preferred minimum GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale)
Official transcript from each additional previously attended institution;
Official transcripts must reflect a grade of B- or better in the following courses or their equivalent:
Anatomy and Physiology I (4.0 credits with lab) - completed within 5 years of application
Anatomy and Physiology II (4.0 credits with lab) - completed within 5 years of application
Developmental Psychology Through the Lifespan - completed within 10 years of application
Statistics - completed within 10 years of application
Sociology or Culture or Anthropology - completed within 10 years of application
An original essay addressing "what occupational therapy means to you and why you have chosen a career path in this profession." The essay should be no more than two pages, double-spaced, with references if appropriate
A current resume
Two letters of recommendation from professional sources -
Interview (to be determined by Admissions)
A signed Essential Functions form. Note: This document must be submitted with a handwritten signature
Please note: All coursework taken outside of the United States (including Canada) requires a course-by-course evaluation from a NACES-member transcript evaluation service. Please refer to the list of NACES acceptable agencies .
Official Transcripts
Official transcripts must be sent directly to Bay Path's Graduate Admissions Office from the issuing institution's records office either by mail or through a secure electronic transcript service (such as Parchment or National Clearinghouse). For transcripts sent through a secure transcript service, please select Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ from the vendor's dropdown list to ensure the transcript is routed to the correct place. If an email address is requested, you can route to graduate@baypath.edu. Transcripts sent from the student are unofficial and will not be accepted.
