Transcript Request

The Registrar's Office has partnered with Parchment, an industry leader in credential management systems, to create a transcript request experience that allows current students and alumni to submit online orders for paper transcripts or certified eTranscripts.

Email notification when a transcript order is placed and processed
Email notification when an eTranscript is received by the designated recipient
Access to view document’s last USPS scanned location*
*This service does not provide delivery confirmation or formal tracking. 麻豆视频 also cannot guarantee that USPS will scan the package as it moves through each USPS location in the delivery process.

Transcript Fees:

eTranscript: Electronic Delivery: $5.00
Paper Transcript: Mailed Standard USPS: $7.50
Paper Transcript: Mailed USPS International: $10.00

Ordering Information:

First-time account setup is required. You will be required to provide:

Address details (Name, Mailing Address, Phone Number)
Authentication details (Date of Birth, Name While Attending, Dates Attended, Last four digits of SSN)
Student ID number, if known
E-mail address

This information is required to ensure proper student matching and contact information if there are any questions on your order. Once you have completed the setup, you will receive a confirmation email from Parchment.

Additional Ordering Notes:

All regulations under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) still apply and transcript orders will only be processed if the requestor is the confirmed student of record.
Transcript orders will not be processed if the requestor has a financial obligation to the University.
If you are not sure of your exact attendance dates, please indicate approximate dates.
International students who do not have a Social Security Number should enter 9999 in the appropriate field. International students will be required to provide their Student ID number to ensure proper student matching.
Requestors should verify that the recipient information being provided is correct before finalizing their order. Bay Path will not be able to provide refunds for transcripts that are sent to the wrong recipient.
eTranscripts are sent securely through email and will be available for seven days before expiring. Bay Path will not be able to provide refunds for downloads that have been disabled after expiring.聽
eTranscripts should be sent directly to the intended institution or recipient in order to be considered official.
